The standard chemical pump NM is connected via a dismountable coupling to an optionally available conventional motor that is permanently installed on a steel base plate. A bending resistant shaft made of stainless steel with corrosion-resistant shaft protection sleeve guarantees fault-free operation. The high performance unit is available in 24 sizes from 32-125 to 150-400 with a maximum capacity of up to 450 m3/h. The centrifugal pump has a maximum delivery head of up to 100 m and an operating temperature of max. 110 °C.
The unit consists of a single-stage, single flow spiral casing pump of horizontal design with axial suction socket and radial pressure socket which stands out due to its compact construction. The hydraulics and thus the components coming into contact with the media are made of solid, corrosion and wear-resistant plastics such as high molecular PE, ultra-high molecular PE (Hostalen GUR), PP or PVDF.
