The array valve is a universal process valve which can be used for different media, process sequences and process parameters. It can be installed as a single valve with a distributor/collector or as part of an array with various valves. It can be included or exchanged with little installation expenses because it is mounted directly to the machine by a bracket. Because of this feature following costs through maintenance and repair can be limited.
Standard actuator of the array valve is a pneumatic actuator with spring reset. One further possible actuator is an electrical linear actuator with spring reset and with or without Ex protection. A maximum service temperature of 220 °C and a maximum service pressure of 20 bar can be realised. All parts tangent to the medium are made of stainless steel X6 CrNiMoTi17 12 2. The valve is soft seated. If whished metal seated is also possible.
