The clean break coupling of the CT series by Walther was designed for challenging media ranging from vacuum to 64 bar. The main features of this series are the non-squirting connection and disconnection, the integrated automatic lock and minimal residual leakage. Other characteristics are a high flow rate due to flow-enhancing valve shapes and a design adapted to the nominal sizes. Quick connection and separation times, low coupling forces, a safe and simple handling and the possibility to operate the coupling even under residual pressure are further advantages. The clean break coupling is manufactured as standard from stainless steel and is Atex approved. Being available in the nominal sizes 5, 7, 9, 12 and 19 mm, the coupling series complements the CN series for larger nominal sizes.
