Dosing processes with fluctuating pressure on the suction and/or discharge side, gas or air bubbles, cavitation are complicated to handle for users and the manufacturers of dosing pumps. For such critical dosing applications, Iwaki designed the EWN-Y(-A) with EFS and automatic air vent valve. The flow is controlled by a magnet inductive sensor, which is installed between the pump and the air vent valve. After the installation, the software automatically detects the sensor and determinates the flow per stroke.
