Negele Messtechnik has developed the Pharmadapt EPA process adaption system especially for the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Sensors for point level and temperature can be installed in small diameter pipes from DN 10 to DN 100 without a significant reduction in cross section and are also ideally suitable for nonconducting liquids like WFI water. The system was designed strictly according to the EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design and therefore offers the plant operator the security of using a faultless aseptic system which can be easily cleaned and sterilised.
Measuring points manufactured of stainless steel 1.4435 to 3.1 standard acc. EN 10204 are included in the scope of delivery. All other materials which are used are officially listed by the FDA, and it is also possible to fulfil material standards according to USP Class VI, which currently contain the most stringent requirements as regards materials which have contact with the product. All surfaces are electro-polished, and surface roughnesses as low as Ra <0,4 µm can be achieved. Pipes conforming to all the usual standards within the industry sector are available, including Basel Standard II (BN II) or ASME BPE if required.
