Potential water polluting or inflammable liquids can be dosed into containers quickly and safely with the Flex-3D. The dosing stand is made of steel 37 and gets anchored into the ground. It has a 2-component acid-protection coating and elastomer feed tubes. All conventional container sizes can be filled thanks to the three-dimensional adjustable dosing unit. The zinc-coated pallet weighing system can be officially calibrated by law. It contains dust and splash-proof weighing cells and accommodates Euro-pallets. The feeding of the medium to the weighing system is carried out by pneumatically-operated coarse and fine dosing valves. Container size is selected and the weight continuously controlled at the weighing control panel. A small control unit enables a fully-automatic dosing procedure. The complete system can be installed in one to four days and takes up 10 m2.
