Extended line of versatile and efficient rotary blowers

A german manufacturer has extended its existing line of blowers and can offer them with an air flow covering the range 1.5 to 120 m³/min with a compression ratio of 2:1. They are suitable for applications both in the pressure and vacuum fields. These economical and durable blowers reach a vacuum down to 500 mbar or a gauge pressure up to 1000 mbar. Two identical, synchronized rotors rotate in opposite directions within the casing. The inlet air is enclosed between rotor and casing and is then delivered to the discharge end. These rotors intermesh but maintain positive internal clearance and require no coolant injection. The result is oil-free air and no wear on the rotors or casing. The power saving Omega rotor profile and the precisely machined casing ensure a high air delivery with low power consumption and little noise. High grade bearings supporting all moving parts warrant long life even under heavy loading. These blowers can be integrated in many ways, taking up very little space. Bare blocks are easily built into existing systems and complete packages are also available in every possible size. Both the bare blocks and the packages are suited to variable speed drive.
