Stainless steel spring bar couplings from Novonox are full metal couplings, torsionally rigid, free of play and completely maintenance free. Because of the integral manufacturing the couplings are predestinated for angle transmitting rotary movements, especially for driving systems, which are controlling and regulating high dynamic processes into small installation spaces.
The innovative slot structure allows highly axial, radial and angular flexibility with a low restoring force. Other positive characteristics include damping properties and high resonance stability.
By the use of the mounting possibilities to the shafts with clamping hubs, the spring bar couplings are very easy to assemble. The clamping hubs optionally can be removed. Ensuring the best variety of applications and installation situations, variable hub borings are also possible. The spring bar coupling is manufactured of rust-free steel (1.4305). It can be used without restrictions in the temperature range of -50 to +150 °C.
