The DualScat process turbidimeter has a broad measuring span from 0 to 2000 NTU. It can be used for measurement of lowest turbidities in filtration control up to suspended solids concentrations in the g/l range. It is easy to install using a standard Inline housing. The dual angle measurement gives additional information on particle properties, thus helping to optimize the process. The DualScat allows to distinguish between small and large particles in filtration or between impurities of water and solids in fuel monitoring. An inexpensive single angle version is also available using 90° or forward scattered light optionally. All instruments use the dual beam method for reliable compensation of color and window fouling. This configuration results in a high reliability and long-term stability of the measuring value. The control unit Sirel with two-line LC display and plain-text operator guidance provides easy access for instrument operation, configuration, and servicing. Signal processing can be done using current output, two independent relay contacts or an optional bus interface.
