The reaction vessels have a volume from 50 ml up to 3000 l. All wetted parts of the autoclaves and their accessories are manufactured of high alloyed stainless steel such as 316Ti or others or are made of special alloys such as hastelloy B/C, titanium, tantalum, inconel and incoloy. Magnetic coupled stirring systems without stuffing box adapted to the volumes of the reaction vessels are available. Further versatile accessories include sampling systems with high pressure condensers, heating- and cooling systems, high pressure inlet and outlet valves – on request with remote control and draining valves.
Autoclaves lifts for easy and safe handling of the reactors with manual, electrical or hydraulic drive have been developed. M&C systems from control boxes up to complexe process control systems with visualisa-tion are also available.
