ProControl for Windows is a modular computer program for statistical process control. It can be used to collect sampling data from individual workstations located directly on the production line and transmit this data to central PCs for administration and evaluation. ProControl can meet any requirements, from single-workstation systems in laboratories or production to complex network solutions. It offers reliable solutions for all quality assurance tasks. The basic module can be used to control the weights of prepackaged products in accordance with national regulations, or using in-house tolerance limits. The system compiles statistics automatically, according to product, batch or time period. These statistics are then documented in graph form or as lists. Due to the modular structure of ProControl for Windows, the system can easily be adapted to individual production facilities.
